Usage you run on ours
Email, video, AI, voice and maps can run on our accounts while you start. What you use is metered to your centre and appears on your bill. Bring your own account and it is never billed twice.
What you pay nothing extra for
Setup, onboarding, tutors, campuses, parents, the Teachworks import and the guides.
- What counts as an active student?
- A student enrolled with your centre this month. Your seat count follows your student count from the next bill, so a quiet term costs less.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. A new centre starts on a trial, works through the setup checklist, and opens when its own prices, terms and email are in place. Billing starts from the end of the trial.
- Who do families pay?
- Your centre. You set your own lesson prices, packages and upgrades; XTutio never sets or takes a cut of your tuition beyond the stated payment fee.
