Do parents pay you or us?

Parents pay your centre. Your centre opens its own Airwallex account from inside XTutio (or keeps Pinch), so your centre is the merchant, invoices carry your name and ABN, and the money settles to your bank account. XTutio takes a stated fee per payment and never holds your parents' money.

We run on Teachworks today. What happens to it?

Import it. XTutio mirrors students, lessons and employees from your Teachworks account, so you can run both side by side and move when you are ready.
