Your invoices and paying them
Find your tuition invoices, see what each one is for, and pay from your portal.

Why this exists
Working out what an invoice covers, and whether it has been paid, can mean digging through emails. Every invoice from your centre is in your portal with a breakdown of what it covers. You can pay it there and see when the payment has cleared.
Your centre's invoices for tutoring are in your portal. Each one shows the lessons and anything else it covers.
Find your invoices
- Open Billing from the menu.
- Choose Invoices, or go straight to Invoices.
- Tap an invoice for its breakdown.
Pay an invoice
- Set up direct debit from your bank account first (see the related article).
- Open the invoice and choose to pay.
- You see "Payment started". The invoice updates once the payment clears, which can take a few days for a bank debit.
If a payment does not go through, nothing is charged. Check your payment method, then try again. If you are not sure whether a payment started, check the invoice before paying again.
Good to know
- If your centre is not taking payments through the portal yet, the page says so and nothing is charged. Keep paying as you do now.
- An invoice is called a tax invoice, with your centre's ABN, when your centre is registered for GST.
- If something was wrong on an invoice, your centre adds a credit note rather than changing it, so you always see both.
- If someone else pays part of your lessons, such as a grandparent or an employer, their share goes on their own invoice. You see only the invoices billed to you.
- Card payments are not available. Pay by direct debit from your bank account.
