Your prepaid account
If your centre uses a prepaid account, see how many lessons you have paid for, add money, and read your statement.

Why this exists
When you pay ahead, you want to know how far your money goes and where it went. Your prepaid account shows how many lessons your balance covers and every top-up and lesson taken from it. Nothing is ever edited, so you can always check the history.
Some centres ask families to pay money in ahead. Each lesson is then taken from your account as it is taught.
See your account
Open More > Prepaid account (Prepaid account). You see:
- Lessons paid for: how many more lessons your balance covers.
- Lesson balance: money you added. It does not expire.
- Bonus credit: for books and resources, not lessons. This one does expire.
- Everything that has happened: every top-up and every lesson taken from your balance.
The two amounts are kept separate and never added together, because they buy different things.
Add money
- On the same page, pick an amount.
- If your centre gives a bonus for larger amounts, the page shows how much more to add to earn it.
- Confirm. The money is taken by direct debit, so you need a bank account saved first.
Good to know
- Your lessons carry on even if the balance runs low or goes below zero. Topping up clears it.
- The bonus you were shown when you started a top-up is the bonus you get.
- Any unused money is refunded on request. Ask your centre.
- Nothing on your statement is ever edited. If something was wrong, you see a line cancelling it.
- This page only applies if your centre uses a prepaid account.
