Getting help from your centre
Find an answer in the help centre, message the front desk, or email and phone your centre.

Why this exists
When you have a question, it is frustrating to hunt for the right email address or wait on hold to find out something simple. Everything you need to reach your centre is in one place: answers you can read straight away, a message that goes to the front desk and is answered in your Messages, and your centre's email and phone.
There are three ways to get help, all from your own centre.
Find an answer
The help centre explains the family portal step by step. Press Help at the top of any page, or open Get help and press Open the help centre.
Message us
- Open Get help from your menu.
- Under Message us, choose which child it is about, or The family in general.
- Add a subject if you like, write your message and press Send message.
Your message goes to your centre's front desk. Their reply appears in Messages, where you can keep the conversation going.
For anything about a lesson today, phone your centre instead.
Email or phone
Your centre's support email, and its phone number if it has given one, are on Get help, in your menu and at the foot of every page.
A worry about your child's safety
Use your Safety centre rather than a message, so it goes straight to the people responsible for safety. See Reporting a concern.
Your first sign-in
If your centre has sent you a welcome email, press Choose my password in it and pick a password. The link works once and for a limited time; if it has expired, use Forgot password on the sign-in page with the same email address.
