Seeing your child's lessons

Find upcoming lessons, past lessons and the tutor's notes for each of your children.

Updated 18 October 2026

Why this exists

Knowing when the next lesson is, and what happened in the last one, often means asking your child or the tutor. The Lessons page shows what is coming up and the history of past lessons with the tutor's notes. You can stay up to date without having to ask.

Your child's lessons are on the Lessons page: what is coming up, and the history with the tutor's notes.

Steps

  1. Open Lessons.
  2. Choose a child, or All children.
  3. Look under Upcoming for the schedule, and further down for past lessons.
  4. Open a lesson to see the date, time, tutor, service and where it happens.

On a lesson's page

  • Tutor notes: the update the tutor writes for your family after the lesson. Notes appear here once the tutor adds them.
  • Notes and files for the family, where your centre shares them.
  • Open the classroom for an online lesson, close to its start time.
  • Reschedule or Cancel lesson, if your centre lets families change lessons from here.

Asking for more tutoring

Press Book tutoring to send a lesson request: choose the child, the subject, the times that suit and whether you want a regular weekly session. Your centre replies and books it.

Good to know

  • Lessons are shown on your centre's clock.
  • A lesson at your home shows the address only to the tutor delivering it, and only close to the lesson.
  • If your centre manages lessons in another system for now, you can see them here but cannot change them. You will see a sentence saying so.
  • Your family calendar shows lessons together with homework and exams.
