Using a promo code

If your centre gives you a promo code, enter it on the enrolment form or ask your centre to apply it.

Updated 18 October 2026

Why this exists

If your centre has given you a promo code, you want to know where to use it and that the saving was applied. This explains where to enter it and where the saving shows on your invoices or pack. It also says what to do if a code cannot be used.

Some centres offer promo codes, for example a free trial lesson or money off your first lessons or a pack.

Use a code

  • When you enrol: type the code into the Promo code box on your centre's enrolment form. The box only appears when your centre uses codes.
  • Already enrolled: ask your centre to apply the code to your family.

How the saving shows

  • Money off lessons appears as a credit on your next invoice once each lesson is charged.
  • Money off a pack lowers the pack's price when your centre sells it to you.

Good to know

  • If a code cannot be used (it has expired, been used up, or is only for new families), the form says "That code can't be used."
  • Each code has its own rules, such as which lessons it covers and how many times it can be used. Ask your centre if you are not sure.
