Lesson packs

If your centre sells lesson packs, see how many credits are left, ask for more, or ask for a refund.

Updated 18 October 2026

Why this exists

With prepaid lessons, it is easy to lose count of how many are left. The packs page shows each child's credits remaining and warns you when a pack is running low. You can ask for more credits from the same page.

A lesson pack is a block of prepaid lessons for one child. Each lesson taught uses one credit.

See your packs

Open Billing and go to Packages, or open More > Lesson packs (Lesson packs). Each pack shows the credits remaining and warns when it is running low.

Ask for more credits

  1. Choose Request or top up, or open the request form.
  2. Pick the child and how many credits you would like. One credit is one lesson.
  3. Add anything you would like the team to know, and send.

Your centre confirms the price, then sends you an invoice, usually within one business day.

Ask for a refund

Open the pack and send a refund request with a reason. Unused credits are refundable on request.

Good to know

  • If credits run out, your child keeps being taught. Each lesson is then invoiced at the lesson price until you buy another pack.
  • If a lesson is un-marked, its credit comes back.
  • If your centre has a referral credit for you, the request form shows it.
