Notices from your centre
Read notices your centre posts in the app, such as closures or cancelled lessons, and pin or close them.

Why this exists
News about a closed campus or moved lessons can be missed when it arrives in a busy inbox. Notices from your centre show at the top of your home page, so you see them when you open the app. Important ones stay until your centre ends them.
Your centre can post notices inside the app: a campus closed for the day, lessons moved, a safety notice. They show at the top of your home page.
Read your notices
- Up to three notices show on your home page. Press See all notices, or open More > Notices, for the rest.
- Close a notice once you have read it, or pin it to keep it at the top. Closing or pinning only changes your own view.
- A notice marked Emergency stays until your centre ends it.
Good to know
- Notices are shown only if your centre has switched them on. If you never see any, your centre may send news by email or text instead.
- Your centre may also email or text the same notice.
- A notice about a closure or a cancelled lesson reaches you even if you unsubscribed from promotions, because it is about your child's lessons, not marketing.
