Re-enrolment for next term
Offer each family their usual time for next term with their progress review, see who has kept it, and book the lessons.

Why this exists
Chasing every family about next term by phone and email takes weeks, and a regular time can be lost while a family thinks about it. Re-enrolment offers each family their usual time with their child's progress review, and holds it while they decide. Families keep their place with one tap, and your staff see every answer on one board.
Each family can be offered their usual weekly time for next term together with their child's progress review. They keep it with one tap. It never renews by itself and nothing is charged by saying yes. Your staff book the lessons.
Before you start
- An admin with settings.edit switches re-enrolment on under Settings > Reviews and re-enrolment (two-step sign-in). It is off for every centre until then.
- The Next term board is for admins, super admins and anyone with lessons.edit.
- If the page says a database update is still to be applied, it is not switched on for your centre yet.
Set your numbers
Under Settings > Reviews and re-enrolment, in Re-enrol for next term:
- Hold a place for (days): how long the time is kept from the day the offer goes out.
- Remind the family (days before the hold ends): one reminder, only if they have not answered.
- Notice stated on the offer (days): printed beside the price.
The same page holds your term dates. Without your own, NSW public school terms are used.
How offers go out
When a tutor's progress review is approved, the family is offered the same weekday, time and tutor for next term, with the price. A review approved without an offer is listed on the board so you can fix what is in the way and press Make the offer.
Work the board
Open People > Next term. Offers sit in columns:
- Confirmed, to book: the family said yes. Press Book the lessons, then Mark as booked.
- Waiting for an answer: the time is held until the date shown.
- Hold ended: not confirmed in time. The time is offered to the waitlist.
You can Withdraw the offer while it is waiting or to book.
Good to know
- While lessons are managed in Teachworks, book the weekly time there, then mark it booked here.
- A family that says no is told to contact the centre if that changes.
