Keeping your time for next term
Read your child's progress review and keep the same lesson time for next term with one tap.

Why this exists
At the end of term it is easy to lose your child's regular lesson time while you are still thinking about next term. Your centre can offer to keep the same weekly time, with the day, tutor, price and notice period all shown. You decide with one tap, and nothing renews without you choosing it.
Near the end of term your centre may send your child's progress review with an offer to keep the same weekly time for next term.
Keep your time
- Open Progress reviews from your menu.
- Read the review: what we covered and what is next.
- Under the offer you see the day, time and tutor, the price per lesson, how long the time is held, and the notice needed to change or stop.
- Press Keep this time, or No thanks.
What happens next
- If you keep it, the centre books your lessons and lets you know. Nothing is charged by saying yes.
- It never renews by itself. Each term you choose again.
- If you do not answer by the date shown, the time may be offered to another family. You get one reminder before then.
- If the review offers a 10-minute call, press it and the centre will be in touch to find a time. Nothing is booked by itself.
Good to know
If you do not see Progress reviews in your menu, your centre has not switched them on.
