Joining the waitlist
Tell the centre what time suits you and get offered it when one comes up.
Updated 18 October 2026
Why this exists
When the time you want is full, it is easy to miss it when a place opens up. Joining the waitlist means you are told as soon as a suitable time comes up, and you choose whether to take it. Nothing is booked or charged by joining.
If the time you want is full, you can join your centre's waitlist. When a time comes up you are told, and you choose whether to take it.
Join
- Open Waitlist from your menu.
- Under Join the waitlist for a time, choose a child if you like, the subject, the days and times that suit, and a campus or online.
- Press Join the waitlist.
Nothing is booked or charged by joining.
When a time is offered
You get an email and a notice in the app. On the Waitlist page you see A time is being offered.
- Check the day, time and details.
- Press Take this time if it suits. The first family to accept gets it.
- The centre then books your lessons.
An offer stays open for a set time. After that it ends and you go back to waiting.
Leave the waitlist
Press Take me off beside the time.
Good to know
If you do not see Waitlist in your menu, your centre has not switched it on.
