Reading your child's end-of-term report
Where to find your child's end-of-term report, what it covers, and how to print it or save it as a PDF.
Updated 18 October 2026
Why this exists
Over a term, small lessons add up, but it can be hard to see the whole picture. The term report gives you attendance, what your child covered and a note from the tutor in one place. You can read it in the portal whenever it suits you.
Near the end of each term, your child's tutor writes a short report about the term. You read it in the portal.
Before you start
Your centre must use end-of-term reports. If you do not see Progress reviews in your menu, your centre does not send them through the portal.
Read the report
- You get a notice in the portal when a report is ready. Your centre may also email you.
- Open Progress reviews from your menu.
- Each report card shows the term's figures and a note from the tutor. Open it for the full report.
What it covers
- Attendance this term: lessons attended, lessons missed and how many were made up. Lessons your centre cancelled are not counted as missed.
- What your child covered this term.
- Homework set and done.
- Levels and results, with where they were at the last report.
- How they are doing on their own, without help.
- A note in the tutor's own words.
- The focus for next term.
The figures come straight from your centre's records.
Print or save it
On the full report, press Print or save as PDF. To save a PDF, choose Save as PDF in the print window.
Book a call
If your centre offers it, you will see a button to book a 10-minute call with the tutor. It asks the centre to arrange a time; nothing is booked automatically.
Good to know
Every report is read and approved by a person at your centre before you see it.
