Booking a time that has opened up
Your centre may offer you a lesson time that has just come free. Here is how to book it.

Why this exists
Extra lesson times often come up at short notice, and by the time you hear about them they are gone. Your centre can send you an offer when a tutor has a free time in the next few days. You see the time, the tutor and the price, and can book it straight from the message.
When a tutor has a free time in the next few days, your centre may send you an offer by email, text or app notice.
Book it
- Open the link in the message. You need to be signed in.
- The page shows A lesson time has opened up: the time, the tutor's first name, the lesson, the price, and the centre's cancellation terms.
- Read Before you book and confirm.
- Book the lesson.
The first family to book gets the time. If someone booked just before you, the page says the time has just been taken.
Good to know
- The offer is a marketing message. If you have asked your centre not to send you marketing, you will not get these.
- Your centre may take a little off the price for a lesson booked at short notice. The page shows the price you will pay before you book.
- Cancelling follows your centre's usual cancellation terms, shown before you book.
