Telling your centre how it is going
Answer the quick check-in, rate a lesson, and know who reads what you write.

Why this exists
It is not always easy to tell your centre how things are going, or to know whether anyone reads the feedback. The check-in takes about 20 seconds, and your answer goes straight to the people who can act on it. If something is not right, you can ask for someone to get in touch.
Your centre may ask how things are going. It takes about 20 seconds, and your answer goes straight to your centre.
The check-in
Once a term you may see How are we doing? on your home page.
- Choose a number from 0 to 10.
- Pick the main reason. The choices change with your score.
- Add a sentence if you like.
- Send it. You can also choose Maybe later.
If you give a low score, you can ask for someone to get in touch, and someone aims to reply within a day.
Rating a lesson
After a lesson you may be asked to rate it with stars. Pick a reason if you like and add a comment. A low rating with a comment goes to the centre's admins so they can follow it up.
Who reads it
- Your centre's admins read your answers.
- Your centre decides whether a tutor can read comments about their own lessons. A tutor never sees who wrote a comment.
A review request
After your child's fifth lesson, your centre may email you once to ask for a Google review. It is the same request every family gets, whatever you said in a check-in, and there is no reward for it. If you have asked the centre not to send you marketing, you will not get it.
Good to know
If you do not see the check-in or ratings, your centre has not switched them on.
