What your family's plan includes

What comes with your tutoring at no extra cost, and how to add more for your children.

Why this exists

It is hard to know what you are already paying for and what would cost extra. If your family has tutoring at your centre, the card in Settings shows what your children's app already includes and what your centre offers on top. You can see it all in one place, and your children are never shown offers in their app.

When your family has tutoring at your centre, your children's app is included at no extra cost. You can see exactly what is included, and what you could add, in Settings.

What you can add

Your centre may offer extras on top, such as other subjects, exam prep, languages, coding, AI study help, homeschool tools, lesson recordings or printable progress reports. Each centre decides what it offers and what it costs.

When everything is included for a while

Your centre may include every extra free for a time, for example while it gathers feedback before setting prices. Your Settings page then says "Everything is included free until" a date, and your children can use every part of the app your centre offers.

Your centre's own rules still apply. If you have switched AI help off for a child, it stays off, and AI help has the usual daily limits.
Two weeks before the date, and on the last day, you get a notice in the app saying what stays included and what becomes an extra.
When it ends, the extras close unless you add them. Nothing your children have done is lost.

See your plan

Open Settings.
Find Included with your tutoring.
Ticks show what your family already has. Anything you have added shows "(added)".
You can add lists the extras your centre offers, with a price where your centre has set one, or "Ask" your centre where it has not.

Add something

There is no checkout in the app. To add an extra, email your centre using the address shown on the card, or contact them another way. Your centre adds it to your family and it appears for every child straight away.

Good to know

Your children never see prices or upgrade offers in their app. If something is not part of your plan, their app simply does not show it.
An extra covers the whole family, not one child.
If your family does not have tutoring with the centre, your plan is shown in the subscription part of Settings instead.
