QR codes and class certificates
Put a QR code to your enrolment form on a flyer, see how many enquiries it brought, and print a certificate for every student in a class.

Why this exists
Handing out flyers without knowing which ones bring families in is guesswork, and writing a certificate for every child in a class takes an afternoon. A QR code to your enrolment form counts the enquiries it brings in, so you can see which flyer works. Class certificates come out as one PDF with a page per name, in a few taps.
A QR code to your enrolment form
- In a design, open Elements and find QR code.
- Choose QR code to your enrolment form. To link somewhere else, change the link in the panel to any
https://address. - Change its colours in the panel if you like. Keep the code dark on a light background.
The code is drawn on your device; the link is never sent anywhere to make it. Print it at least 2 cm wide and scan it with a phone before you print a pile.
How many enquiries it brought
A QR code to your enrolment form says which flyer a family scanned. The QR panel counts the enquiries that came from it, and they show as "From a flyer" on Enrolments.
Certificates for a class
- Make one certificate. Put the student's name where you want it, or type
{{Name}}. - Choose More actions > Certificates for a class (PDF).
- Choose a class list, or type the names, one a line.
- Check Where the name goes, then download.
You get one page per name in a single PDF. The names are not saved in the design and are not sent to the server or to any AI.
Whose class lists you see
Tutors and teachers see their own students and classes, first names only. Admins also get every student at their campuses, by campus and by year level.
