The Design Studio

Make flyers, posters, social posts and certificates in your centre's brand, from a template or with Magic design.

Why this exists

Making a flyer or poster that looks like your centre usually means a designer, or an evening fighting with layout. The Design Studio starts every template in your colours, logo and fonts, so marketing staff and tutors can make something that looks right in minutes. Magic design gives you a first draft from a sentence, with people's names kept out of it.

The Design Studio is for marketing pieces, posters for the room and certificates. Every template takes your centre's colours, logo and fonts.

Start a design

  1. Open Documents, choose + Design.
  2. Pick a template from Templates, or start blank.
  3. Change words by tapping them. Add more from Elements, Text and Photos.

Your brand kit

The Brand tab holds your centre's colours, logo and two fonts. Apply the brand puts them on the whole design. Your centre's admin sets the colours, logo and the heading and body fonts in Settings > Your centre.

Magic design

  1. Open the Magic tab.
  2. Describe what you need, such as "Instagram post announcing Term 1 enrolments with a free trial lesson".
  3. Magic design lays out a draft in your brand as a new page.

Do not type anyone's name or contact details. Before anything is sent, emails, phone numbers and the names of students, parents and staff on your centre's records are removed. Add names yourself afterwards. It needs your centre's AI connection.

Readable text

Templates shade your brand colours so text stays easy to read. The properties panel has a readability check for anything you change.

Remove a background

Picture tools can remove a plain backdrop on your own device. It works best on a plain wall or sheet; busy backgrounds will not cut cleanly.
