Signing in to the student app
How to sign in with your username, and what to do if you forget your password.
Why this exists
This helps you get into the app with your own username. Then you can pick up where you left off.
You sign in with the username and password your parent or carer made for you.
Sign in
- Open Sign in.
- Type your username in Email or username.
- Type your password.
- You land on your Today page.
Forgot your password?
Ask your parent or carer. They can give you a new password from their app. Your username stays the same.
Keep it safe
- Do not tell anyone your password except your parent or carer.
- On a shared iPad or computer, sign out when you finish.
Closing your account
You cannot close your own account. If you want it closed, ask your parent or carer, or your centre.
