The enquiry button for your website

Put an Enquire button on your own website that opens your enrolment form, with each enquiry marked From your website.

Updated 18 October 2026

Why this exists

Families who find you on your own website should be able to enquire there and then, without hunting for a form. The enquiry button opens your enrolment form on top of your website page, and each enquiry arrives marked as coming from your website.

You can add an Enquire button to your centre's own website. It opens your enrolment form on top of your page, and each enquiry lands in Enrolment enquiries marked From your website.

Before you start

  • You need settings.edit, and saving asks for two-step sign-in.
  • The page is Settings > Website enquiry button. If it says "not switched on yet", a database update is still to come for your centre.

Set it up

  1. Open Settings > Website enquiry button.
  2. Under Your website, list the address of each website that will show the button, one per line, starting with https:// (up to 10).
  3. Under The button, choose its words (for example "Enquire now") and a colour from your centre's own colours.
  4. Check How it looks.
  5. Switch it on and save. It cannot be switched on without at least one website.
  6. Under Add it to your website, press Copy code and paste it into your website, or ask whoever looks after your website to.

You can also use your own button, or a plain link to your form, as explained on the page.

What it does and does not do

  • It is your normal enrolment form, with the same questions, checks and spam protection.
  • The script loads nothing from anyone else and sets no cookies on your website.
  • The form records which page of your website it was opened from, and any campaign tags on that page.
  • Only the websites you list can show the form.

Switching it off stops the button on the next page load.
