Tell a parent or the team
- Tell a parent or carer. They can help, and they can write to the team that runs this app.
- Or open Report a problem and tell the team that runs this app. Choose what happened, like "Someone is being mean to me" or "I do not feel safe". You do not have to say more.
- If you tick Leave my name off it, your name is hidden. The adults who read reports can still see it came from your account, so they can help you.
A real person reads every report.
Keep yourself safe
- Never share your password with anyone except your parent or carer.
- Never share your address, phone number or school with someone online.
- If someone asks you to keep a secret from your parents, tell a grown-up you trust.
